Dumbarton Here We Come

Day 20 Friday April 27th

This was going to be a challenge today to keep to our schedule as the distances were great. We left Fort William refreshed and excited as to what God was doing. We made our way to Inverary where we stopped and prayed in the carpark. Next stop was a long drive to Dunoon where there were folk waiting to pray at the Baptist Church Cafe. After a welcome cuppa we climbed the hill above Dunoon and cried out to God to bring light into the darkness and there was a lot of praying about the local ministers and also about the youth of the town. This has been the heartcry in every place we have stopped - the children and the youth. Helensburgh was our next stop where again people were waiting in the carpark to prayer walk. Then onto Dumbarton where yet again peeople were wating to prayer walk anmd pray. I did not prayerwalk in Helensburgh or Dumbarton as I felt I just needed a wee rest.We then were well fed and set out for the evening rally. This was in the local baptist church and a good number came. The praise again just took us into the presence of God and after the team had shared I started to share about praise hiping to come to Jehosphat but never got there as the Holy Spirit just came with amazing freedom and praise broke out and we welcomed in the King and worshipped Him. This went on for some time and some folks who were attending a rehab class next door heard the praise and they came in and joined us - the room was alive with the presence of Jesus and I'm sure eternity will only tell what was done tonight.

I am trying to keep the blog up todate but there is not always a hotspot or a computer available for me to use - that is why three or four days are posted at once. Thank you for your patience and all your prayers and the comments you have left for us to read - they are an encouragement - please take the time to add a comment

Technology is an amazing tool when used for the glory of God!
The photographs are superb, I particulary liked the ones of the stormy seas and the lighthouse.
I have been following your journey. Thankyou for taking time out to keep us up to date.
May you continue to know the Lord's hand upon you all as you seek to serve Him in this way.
