Angus and Perth

Day 12 Thursday 19th April

The team all assembled at Brought Ferry Castle then it was off into Angus, stopping to pray in Monifeirh, Carnoustie, Arbroath before meeting up with some folks in Montrose where we had a prayer walk down the High Street - how great it is to lift up the name of Jesus in our High Streets.Brechin was our next stop then Forfar where we had lunch and prayed in the town centre. We were meeting up with folks from Cupar Angus and we praised, prayed and declared the word with them. It was then down into Scone and again how wonderful to turn a corner and see folks waiting to pray. We had a blessed time in the local Church of Scotland. Then on to Perth where a crowd had gathered to go up the hill behind Perth where we enjoyed praising and praying over the city. I was able to share with them and here was a group of people who have a heart for Perth. We had tea and then were in a God experience Rally in the centre of Perth. The Holy Spirit came and an hour rally became two. Wonderful experience. The Lord bless you Perth.
My wife is in for a surprise tonight - Ann is running me home to see her for a few hours. It is now 6.30am and I am about to be picked up again then it is off to Mull, Iona and Oban

May the Lord Jesus bless and guide you in all your ways through this nation!
I have been drawn to 2 Samuel 24 where David had to deal with the consequences of his census: it was only when he raised an altar of prayer that the Lord turned and healed the land. May He hear your prayers for the people of Scotland.

Can I also make a suggestion for Mon 30th? When you are at Lennoxtown, it may be good to go up the Crow Road (the Fintry road) to the car park half-way up the Campsies. You get a great view over the area and our men's group go there every year to pray over the area.
